Refund Policy

Returns are available for eligible new merchandise with or without a defect, and exchange requests are accepted. A non-defective item returned because of preference, a changed decision, or the wrong selection must be new, unused, and in original condition with its packaging, tags, and supplied accessories. Damage, faults, missing components, incorrect fulfillment, and a material difference from the description can also be submitted for review. Non-excludable legal rights remain intact.

How to request approval

Email giharoquyer640@gmail.com within 30 calendar days after delivery. Provide the order number, checkout email, reason, and, for a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect shipment, clear photos or video of the product and packaging.

Mailing an approved return

Do not send merchandise before authorization. After review, we confirm the correct return destination and instructions; the correspondence address listed for general contact is not automatically the return warehouse. A free prepaid return label is included in the package for an eligible approved return by mail. Use the enclosed label after approval, and contact us if it is missing. There is no label charge, related return-postage charge, or restocking fee. Exchanges depend on review and stock availability.

Refund timing

Following approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. The bank, issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
