Shipping Policy

This policy explains how purchases from our lunch boxes, insulated carriers, reusable drinkware, meal-prep containers, food-storage sets, backpacks, and practical accessories selection are prepared and handed to a carrier.

Two timing stages

After payment is successfully authorized, order review and packing generally take about 1–2 business days. Once the shipment leaves us, carrier travel is estimated at 4–6 business days. These periods are separate, exclude weekends and applicable holidays, and do not promise a specific delivery date.

Destinations, cost, and tracking

Checkout displays the available destination, shipping charge, and any eligible free-delivery offer. Please enter a complete address plus reachable email and phone information. A tracking update is sent when the service provides one.

When a parcel needs attention

If tracking stalls, a package is lost or damaged, or a delivery scan appears without receipt, write to giharoquyer640@gmail.com. Include the order number and tracking reference so the carrier record can be reviewed. Some destinations or carrier services may be unavailable.
